In a decisive move to steer the organization toward a brighter future, Kurash South Africa proudly announces its freshly elected Director’s Committee, chosen in the fourth quarter of 2023. With seasoned expertise, this dynamic team stands poised to lead the organization to new heights of success.
Heading the charge as President & Refereeing Director is Bill Barnard, a stalwart Kurash figure renowned for his dedication to the sport and commitment to fairness on the field. With much experience under his belt, Bill’s leadership promises to uphold the highest standards of integrity and sportsmanship.
Assisting Bill in his leadership is Vice President Marcial Schroeder, whose extensive background and experience in Kurash make him an invaluable asset to the committee. Marcial’s has been a leader in the development of Kurash for decades, and has successfully hosted numerous memorable events, including the recent Kurash African Championships of 2022.
